PCRP Executive Committee Votes to Support H.3310
The Pickens County Republican Party convened an Executive Committee meeting on January 19, 2026 to determine which of the two bills intended to close the South Carolina primary elections the PCRP should support.
After discussion and clarification on both proposals, the Executive Committee voted overwhelmingly to support H.3310. The final vote was 25–3 in favor of H.3310, which the committee determined best reflects the will of Republican voters to close the primaries.
The Pickens County Republican Party will now actively advocate for the advancement of H.3310 through the legislative process. Thank you to all who participated in this important decision.
