We believe that together we can create an effective and powerful grassroots organization by building active precincts, identifying and encouraging liberty-loving America First candidates, promoting accountability for our elected officials, and having fun while working together.
KEY INITIATIVES
Growing our Local Party

Unite our members towards common goals and welcome all who are interested

Increase active membership in each precinct thereby increasing our influence in Columbia.

Hold "fun" fundraisers and town halls to invite new members and grow stronger community across our precincts
Driving the America First Agenda

Increase the number of America First people in elected office and appointed positions in the government

Hold our representatives in Columbia and Washington, DC accountable for their votes thru awareness and communications
Developing New Leaders

Recruit and develop candidates to run for office that support the Republican America First platform​

Develop orientation classes for new members and handbooks for new officers​

Work with the Young Republican and college/ teen groups for encouragement of our future leaders

Work with GOP leadership from surrounding counties to identify and provide visibility to candidates running for key state and federal offices
Get out the Vote

Develop a coordinated and robust program for registering new voters and informing members on upcoming key elections across our county

On November 5, 2024 Pickens County had a 70% voter turnout - we need to drive this level of participation in primary's and off-cycle elections​
Connecting and Supporting

Develop regular communication about legislative sessions and issues involving Pickens County, calls to action, and basic precinct and party information

Use social media and newsletters to educate and connect members within precincts and at the county
